Data driven UX strategy
Canon Europe’s leading digital agency (Chaos Design) came to us as they wanted to optimise the UX on their website by undertaking a number of strategic projects. They have >100m visitors and hundreds of million of sales across 52 websites in over 30 languages.
What started as a small 1 month project became 13 months of ongoing high value work for maximising conversion rates and redesigning major sections like Cameras, Lenses, About Us, etc.
